I. What is ESR?

ESR stands for Electroslag remelting, which is also known as electro-flux remelting, is a process of remelting and refining steel and other alloys for mission-critical applications in aircraft, thermal power stations, nuclear power plants, military technology, etc. 

II. Why you need to cut ESR steel with EDS?

1. EDS can save your delivery time: Max cutting speed: 1800mm2/min, at least 2 times higher than band saw.( It can cut any conductive material, no matter how hard it is!)

2. EDS can save your cutting tool cost: Its mild steel blade is just 2 USD/ pcs, less than 1% of the saw blade.

3. EDS can save your material cost. Its cutting path width is around 2mm.
