Our EDS Workshop was visited by Overseas Clients
One customer, called Aniruddha, from a well known brand in India was visiting to our EDS workshop on Jan31 to Feb2, 2018.
During the visiting in our company, we introduced the advantages of the electrical discharge sawing machine to him in details.

Advantages of EDS: |

1. EDS can cut any conductive metal, esp for hard, exotic and composite metals |

2. EDS has a higher cutting speed: Max:1800mm2/min |
|
3. EDS has a lower cutting tool cost (the electrode is cheaper: 1.2USD/pcs) |
|
4. EDS can save material cost (the cutting gap is smaller: 1.5-2mm) |
After the visiting in our workshop, we took the customer to check the performance in one of our customers in Shanghai who ordered 6 sets of EDS machines. All of 6 sets of EDS (electrical discharge sawing), have a usage live more than 10 years are still in good work condition.
The customer was satisfied and confident with the real performance in our customer’s workshop during the meeting. And he would like to import the EDS machine to his country in future.
