The 50^th India machine tools exhibition was held in Bangalore from Jan24 to Jan30, 2019. We TECH EDM COMPANY took part in the exhibition. And we met a serial of clients and introduced the EDS machines during the exhibition time.

It is very difficult for these clients to cut the ESR jobs with normal band saw machines. To help these special steel plants to solve this ESR ingots cutting task, we have developed the EDS machines.

Electro slag remelting (ESR), is also known as electro-flux remelting, is a process of remelting and refining steel and other alloys for mission-critical applications in aircraft, thermal power stations, nuclear power plants, military technology, etc.

And these clients are quite interested in the EDS machines. They can improve the cutting efficiency and reduce the cutting blades cost with the EDS machine.

The advantages of Electrical Discharge Sawing Machine (EDS)

1. Super high cutting speed: Max :1800mm2/min;

2. Much lower tool cost: mild steel blade around 1.2USD/piece;

3. Smaller cutting path width: 1.5-2mm
