What is the best way to bring in new customers?


No matter what industry you are in, sales is the closest job to money and one of the core ways to make money.

In the latter case, most of these questions are answered by the time he comes to you. You just need to do some simple confirmation with the customer who comes to your door, to meet the customer's needs with your own products and services, and then to dispel the customer's doubts and negotiate a good price. Step one, first do a good job for yourself and excel in your own part of the job.


It is simple to say, is to be objective and honest. Say what the facts are and be consistent with your words and actions; keep the quality of your goods and ensure that your products and services are of excellent quality and can indeed help each other solve problems.


Step 2, present yourself correctly and attract the first seed customers.

Then, show the results of these efforts in the form of solutions on various platforms, such as websites, industry exhibitions, social platforms, circles of friends, and so on.


When doing publicity, we should put ourselves in the position of our customers and continuously output articles on issues of interest or concern to them. For example, on our website, I often post articles like: how to improve the cutting efficiency of super-hard alloy materials, how to improve the metal cutting finish, how to save machining or tooling cost, etc.


Many of my foreign customers, through searching keywords, find our website, and then send in inquiries and negotiate orders.


Step 3, serve your existing customers with care.


As mentioned before, it is too difficult to develop new customers. And the cost of maintaining an old customer is much lower than developing a new customer. For example, our Indian customer, after purchasing our electrical discharge sawing machine in 2017, is so satisfied that he needs spare parts or consumables, basically he sends us the order directly and pays quickly.


Also our Singapore customer, who bought our wire cutting EDM machine in 2016, bought our new wire cut EDM machine, drilling EDM machine and parts again because he was very satisfied with using it. He also introduced his friends to buy our wire cutting EDM machines, etc. These repeated customers repurchase, or introduce new customers to the case is very much, not to list.


Finally, to sum up, do first, the best way to bring new customers, is to do a good job on your hand.


First, be a very nice guy, and become super professional on your work; and then properly show your wonderful work, so as to attract the first seed customers; and finally and most importantly, offer good service to your seed customers, and then the seed customers bring more new orders or referral customers to you in future.
